Four reasons buyers call us first
What actually keeps a line running when a part goes short.
Built small on purpose
RND Silicon runs from one headquarters in Los Angeles. Keeping sourcing, quality, and logistics on a single floor means a buyer, an engineer, and a trader can settle your question in one conversation instead of three time zones and a week of email.
Stock You Can Actually See
Our published list is what sits on our shelf, updated daily. No phantom availability, and no lead times that quietly move after you order.
Shipped Anywhere, Handled Properly
Moisture-sensitive parts stay bagged and logged. Freight moves through carriers we have vetted, with tracking that does not go dark mid-route.
Engineers On The Phone
Need a cross-reference or a second-source opinion? You get someone who has specified the part, not a rep reading a datasheet back to you.
Component categories
Franchise-quality parts across every major component family.

Small operation. Serious coverage.
One warehouse, one desk, and a catalog we actually own. These are the numbers behind that.

The things buyers ask us first
Straight answers on how we buy, what we hold, and how we prove a part is what it claims to be.
Not covered here? Ask us directly and a person will answer.
Talk to usWe are an independent distributor of electronic components. Three things, mostly: we find parts that have gone constrained or obsolete, we buy excess inventory off manufacturers' books with our own capital, and we hold forward stock for customers who need supply locked in but do not want to fund it themselves.
A franchise house sells what its lines allocate to it. We take positions. We decide what to buy based on where we think the market is going, then carry the risk ourselves. That means we often have parts nobody else can offer, and it means we can quote your excess as a buyer rather than passing it along on consignment.
Every lot crosses our own inspection bench before it is offered to anyone: visual and dimensional checks, XRF and X-ray, decapsulation when a lot warrants it, and solderability testing. Full traceability documentation ships with the order. Lots that fail never reach a customer quote.
ISO 9001:2015 and AS9120B certified, GIDEP participant, ITAR registered, and an SAE International member supporting AS6081 practice. Certificates are on the Certifications page and copies are available on request.
Microcontrollers, memory, analog and power management ICs, MOSFETs and diodes, connectors, passives, and image sensors, in commercial through automotive and aerospace grade. Our live list is on the Stock page, and it is a fraction of what we can source.
Aerospace and defense, automotive, industrial automation, medical devices, telecom, and consumer electronics. Anyone running a build that a single missing line item can stop.
One headquarters, in Los Angeles, California. Keeping sourcing, quality, and logistics in the same room is deliberate. We ship worldwide through vetted, climate-controlled freight partners.
Search the live stock list and hit RFQ on any line, or send us your part numbers and target quantities through the contact form. Either way a person answers within 24 hours, including to tell you when we cannot help.
